What is a Pioneer Signings raffle?

Pioneer Signings raffles give you the chance to win exclusive signed memorabilia and experiences for a small entry fee. Each raffle has a limited number of entries and clearly advertised prizes.

How do I enter a raffle?

You can enter directly through our website on the raffle product page.
Simply:

  1. Choose how many entries you’d like (subject to any entry limits shown),
  2. Add to cart,
  3. Complete checkout.

Your entry/entries will be confirmed by email once payment has been successfully processed.

How is the winner chosen?

Once the raffle has closed (either when all tickets are sold or the end date is reached), all valid tickets are entered into our automated raffle system.

The system randomly selects the required number of winning tickets from the full pool of entries. Each ticket counts as one entry, so customers with more tickets have proportionally more chances to win, but every ticket has an equal and fair chance.

Pioneer Signings staff do not manually choose the winners.Winners are chosen at random using the Raffle draw system / a random number generator.

The draw will take place after all tickets are sold or on the stated closing date, whichever comes first (see each raffle page for details).

How will I know if I’ve won?

We’ll contact the winner using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Winners may also be announced on our website and/or social media channels using first name and general location (e.g. “Josh from Ireland”) and linked.

What happens if the winner doesn’t respond?

If we don’t hear back from the winner within 7 days of our first contact attempt, we reserve the right to redraw and select another winner using the same random draw method.

When will my prize be dispatched if I win?

We aim to dispatch prizes within 14–28 days of confirming the winner, unless:

  • The item is part of an upcoming signing,

  • The prize includes a pre-order or event-related experience, or

  • There are shipping/customs delays beyond our control.

Any special timelines will be explained on the raffle page.

What payment methods do you accept for raffles?

We accept the same payment methods as our standard store:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe)

  • PayPal

All payments are taken in GBP or other currency if available. Your bank or provider may charge currency conversion and/or processing fees.

Is there a limit to how many entries I can buy?

Yes, to keep things fair, each raffle may have a maximum number of entries per person.

The limit (if any) will be clearly stated on the raffle page. Any entries above this limit may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Can I enter the raffle if I live outside the UK?

In most cases, yes – we ship internationally.
However:

  • Some raffles may be restricted to certain countries due to licensing, customs, or shipping limitations.

  • Any restrictions will be clearly stated on the raffle page.

  • Winners outside the UK may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I win?

Unless otherwise stated on the raffle page:

  • UK shipping for prizes is included.

  • International shipping may be charged or partially subsidised, and any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the winner.

Full details will be set out in the raffle description.

Can I get a refund on my raffle entry?

No. All raffle entries are non-refundable, except where:

  • The raffle is cancelled by Pioneer Signings, or

  • We are legally required to refund under consumer protection laws.

If a raffle is cancelled, we will refund all paid entries to the original payment method where possible.

Who can enter a Pioneer Signings raffle?

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.

  • Employees, directors, partners, and close family members of Pioneer Signings / Thirty Eighty Ltd may be excluded from entering certain raffles. Any exclusion will be stated in the T&Cs.

Are the prizes authentic?

Yes. Signed items are obtained through Pioneer Signings–organised private signings, conventions, or trusted partners.

Where applicable, items may include third-party authentication (e.g. SWAU) and/or Pioneer Signings Authentication, which will be clearly described on each raffle page.

What happens if there’s a technical issue during the raffle?

If there is a technical error (e.g. website or plugin malfunction) that impacts entries or the draw, Pioneer Signings reserves the right to:

  • Cancel and refund the raffle, or

  • Re-run the raffle fairly using the correct list of confirmed entries.

We’ll communicate clearly with entrants if this happens.
