How it all works

SEND-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps to ensure your item is safely received, signed and returned:

Step 1: Place an Order

Select the signing event you’re interested in and place an order for your desired autograph and/or add-ons.

Step 2: Prepare Your Item

Labelling:
Use masking tape or a Post-It Note, as these are gentler on your item.

Attach a note to the back of your item with your full name, Pioneer Signings Order Number and chosen pen colour.

Autograph:
If you’d like the autograph in a specific location, attach a note with arrows pointing to the preferred spot. For items with multiple signatures, included clear instructions for each autograph placement on separate notes.

Autograph Add-Ons:
If you’ve purchased any add-ons such as Dedication/Personalisation, Character Name or Quote; please attach these to the item indicating your selection. Only include add-ons that you’ve paid for. Every send in item is processed and reviewed prior to signing.

SWAU Authentication:
If you’ve opted for SWAU Authentication, indicate your preferred placement of the sticker.

Step 3: Package and Send

Shipping Deadline:
Ensure your item arrives with us before the specified deadline. Items received after the deadline may unfortunately not be processed. In this instance, we would issue a refund the order amount excluding shipping costs. Deadlines may extend based on the talent’s schedule. 
Packaging:
Securely package your labelled items to ensure it is well-protected during transit. Please do not send any loose items such as Funko figures and internal packaging, CD/DVD cases or disks, records or other items that are not needed for the signing. Full size posters are accepted but should be sent in a tube no longer than 90cm to assist with transportation to the signing.

Tracking:
You are responsible for tracking your shipment. Always use a tracking number.

Insurance:
We recommend insuring your item to its full value. We shall contact you if we receive a package that looks damaged or compromised. We will endeavour to obtain photo evidence of the packaging and item in which to assist you with any insurance claims.

Can I Change my Order after Placing it?

Yes! If you need to make any adjustments to your order, just send us an email at info@pioneersignings.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

When is the last date I can place my order?

How do I send-in my own item?

How do I know the items are genuinely authentic?

We take authenticity seriously. Most of our signings are authenticated by well-known companies such as SWAU.

In addition, we capture photos of the signing process for added peace of mind. 

Shipping

How long will it take to get my orders?

Once the signing is complete, we begin the process of shipping your item(s) as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location and number of items being processed, but rest assured, we aim to get everything to you in a timely manner.

For Inventory, we will ship your item within 7 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What address do I send my item to for the signing?

The shipping address for send-in items is:

Be sure to include your order number in your package to avoid delays.

For Send-Ins, is it okay to ship my Funko Pop box flat, or do you need the figure inside?

Yes, shipping the Funko Pop box flat is perfectly fine and is often safer. This helps reduce the risk of damage during shipping and can also lower shipping costs.

For Send-Ins, do I need to send a pen with my item?

No, we have a wide selection of pens at the signing events, ranging in type and color. If you have specific preferences, like pen type or color, you can include them in the text box in your cart.

While you’re welcome to send your own pen, we cannot guarantee its return.

Autograph Signings

Will a signing sell out?

Yes! All our signings are highly limited due to the exclusive nature of the events and the limited availability of the talent. We recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your spot.

Will I be able to watch my item being signed?

For some signings we may be able to offer video shoutouts, where you will be able to see your item get signed virtually!

Unfortunately, due to the private nature of these events, we cannot allow live viewing of the signing process. However, we take numerous photos of the talent during the signing, which we share with our customers afterward on social media, so you’ll be able to see the event in action!

Where/When exactly will the signing take place?

For security reasons, we do not disclose the exact date or location of the signings. This helps protect the talent, our team, and your items. Once the signing is complete, we’ll make an official announcement.

Can I send my own item in to be signed?

Absolutely! This is referred to as a “Send-In” You’ll be able to mail your own memorabilia, and we’ll have it signed during the event.

Who are you? Have you done any signings before?

Yes! We have successfully organised autograph signings with stars from major franchises across the globe. Some of the talent we’ve worked with include ???, ???, ???, and many others!

What’s the difference between personalisation, character name, and quote?
  • Personalisation: This is where the actor writes your name or someone else’s on the item, e.g., “To Joe.”
  • Character Name: The actor writes the name of the character they portrayed, e.g., “Iron Man.”
  • Quote: This is a line of dialogue or phrase spoken by the character, e.g., “I am Iron Man.” (max 8 words)
