Order Refund Request

For items purchased directly from the Pioneer Signings store (e.g. autographs to go on to prints, photos, Funko Pops that we supply) where no outlay has yet been made on your behalf, a full refund to your original payment method is subject to a 20% cancellation fee, retained by Pioneer Signings in line with our Terms, Payments & Refunds. Store credit for the full order value is also available with no fee deducted.

Whether this fee applies is at our discretion, in line with our Terms, Payments & Refunds. Store credit for the full order value is also available with no fee deducted.

For items you sent in to us for signing, a full refund to your original payment method is subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus the cost of return shipping to send your item back to you, in line with our Terms, Payments & Refunds. Store credit for the full order value (minus return shipping) is also available with no cancellation fee deducted.

If you've been charged shipping more than once for items that have since been combined into a single shipment, or you've overpaid on shipping due to an ordering error, we'll refund the excess once confirmed. No cancellation fee applies to shipping-only refunds.
