Shipping Terms

Outbound Shipping

We use Royal Mail Click & Drop for UK shipping. Large/oversized items may require custom arrangements—please contact us before ordering to discuss bespoke delivery options.

If you request shipment to a third-party signature or consignment company, we will take every care to protect the item while it is in our possession. However, once it is shipped and out of our custody, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for loss or damage that may occur in transit or while in the third party’s possession.

Return Packaging

We aim to reuse your original packaging if it is deemed suitable for safe return.

If the original packaging is unsuitable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.

Tracking & Notifications

You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

Group Orders

If you purchase multiple items for different signings within a single order, we will ship them together once all items have been completed.

If you wish to split your shipments and receive any items earlier, please contact us—additional shipping fees may apply.

Combined Shipping Refunds

When multiple items can be shipped together safely, we will combine them into one package.

If the combined shipping cost is lower than originally charged, we may issue a refund for any overpayment in shipping fees.
