SEND-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps to ensure your item is safely received, signed and returned:

Step 1: Place an Order

Select the signing event you’re interested in and place an order for your desired autograph and/or add-ons.

Step 2: Prepare Your Item

Labelling:
Use masking tape or a Post-It Note, as these are gentler on your item.

Attach a note to the back of your item with your full name, Pioneer Signings Order Number and chosen pen colour.

Autograph:
If you’d like the autograph in a specific location, attach a note with arrows pointing to the preferred spot. For items with multiple signatures, included clear instructions for each autograph placement on separate notes.

Autograph Add-Ons:
If you’ve purchased any add-ons such as Dedication/Personalisation, Character Name or Quote; please attach these to the item indicating your selection. Only include add-ons that you’ve paid for. Every send in item is processed and reviewed prior to signing.

SWAU Authentication:
If you’ve opted for SWAU Authentication, indicate your preferred placement of the sticker.

Step 3: Package and Send

Shipping Deadline:
Ensure your item arrives with us before the specified deadline. Items received after the deadline may unfortunately not be processed. In this instance, we would issue a refund the order amount excluding shipping costs. Deadlines may extend based on the talent’s schedule. 

Packaging:
Securely package your labelled items to ensure it is well-protected during transit. Please do not send any loose items such as Funko figures and internal packaging, CD/DVD cases or disks, records or other items that are not needed for the signing. Full size posters are accepted but should be sent in a tube no longer than 90cm to assist with transportation to the signing.

Tracking:
You are responsible for tracking your shipment. Always use a tracking number.

Insurance:
We recommend insuring your item to its full value. We shall contact you if we receive a package that looks damaged or compromised. We will endeavour to obtain photo evidence of the packaging and item in which to assist you with any insurance claims.
